Starlight Children’s Foundation Midwest partners with experts to improve the life and health of kids and families. We help seriously ill children and their families cope with their pain, fear, and isolation by supporting them from hospital to home with education, family outings, and therapeutic entertainment.

Pre-Race Packet Pickup:
Road Runner Sports will be the exclusive Chicago Area location for the 2013 GoSantaGo packet pickup. Packet Pickup will be staffed by NR Road Racing staff and/or volunteers Saturday, Nov 30, 2013 from 10 AM – 6 PM

Race Day Packet Pickup:
Race Day Packet Pick-Up will not be available. If you have any conflicts and will not be able to pick up your packet on the suggested days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Event Goody Bags:
All 5K Participants will receive either a customized Santa Long Sleeve Shirt, Hat and Beard or an Elf Long Sleeve Shirt and Hat and goody bag.
Timing and Bibs:
All Go Santa Go runs will be an officially timed events using the disposable B-Tag timing system. Timing chips are attached directly to the back of your bib number and are to remain adhered for the duration of the event. In order to receive an accurate time, please confirm your bib is:
- Clearly visible on the front of the torso
- Unaltered and unmodified (Do not fold or wrinkle)
- Pinned in all four corners
- Not covered (jackets, runner belts, water bottles, etc.)
Results will be posted on-site, as soon as possible following the event and official results will be posted on this event page within 24 hours.
The top three overall Male and Female Finishers will receive a GoSantaGo Medal.
Awards will be handed out for the following categories:
- Best Group Santa Costumes
- Best Individual Santa Costume
Gear Check will be available for all participants at the race starting two hours before the published start time. Please use the provided tear off on your race bib and attach it to your personal items when you check them. Items not claimed within 30 days will be donated to a local charity.
Strollers, Walkers, and Dogs:
Strollers and walkers are allowed. Sorry! For the health and safety of our runners and spectators, Dogs are NOT allowed.
Walkers are asked to start behind all the runners.
Post Race Party:
